  • A piece of orange peel
  • Ice

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the bourbon, orange bitters, and your sugar-free maple syrup of choice.
  • Give it a vigorous shake to chill the ingredients and blend the flavors.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over ice.
