There’s a reason why Rosé All Day is a saying…the light blush wine is so refreshing on hot summer days and too easy to imbibe. I love making cocktails with rosé – and this one combines the flavors of blackberry, lemon and basil with rose (and vodka) for a deliciously fresh cocktail that I’ve been making for friends all summer.
Berries are among the most keto-friendly fruits, low in carbs and sugar plus packing antioxidants. And they’re delicious! Low carb wines can be hit or miss – my favorite is Avaline, which makes a nice Rosé as well as a white blend that I love. For this recipe, the Rosé works wonderfully and keeps the whole cocktail under 3g of net carbs!
