Keto fat bombs are delicious treats that also have a purpose: they are made with healthy fats to help increase your fat intake, which is the primary building block for success on the keto diet. Since we’re looking at 60% or more fat intake per day depending on your macros, at the end of the day, you may still need to get a few more grams of fat in and that’s where fat bombs come in to save the day! I typically end my day with one of these five easy, keto bomb recipes which I usually have stored in my freezer. They not only satisfy my sweet tooth, they’re a satisfying morsel of healthy fats that also can help with a sustained night of sleep. I usually have silicone molds on hand to make most of my fat bomb recipes, but you can also use cupcake liners or just make little balls with some of these recipes!
