So when Milkadamia sent me their keto-friendly coffee creamers and macadamia nut milks to test, I was intrigued but hesitant to stray from my routine. But, this morning, I opted for my daily coffee without the heavy cream from Starbucks and used the Milkadamia Unsweetened Vanilla Creamer in my coffee and I’m so glad I did! A combination of macadamia nut milk and coconut cream, this creamer has the silky consistency (and zero carbs!) of heavy cream but in a non-dairy alternative.
Made from raw macadamia nuts from the company’s farms in Australia, their entire line (which also includes some non-keto but delicious sounding products) is 100% free of dairy, soy, GMOs and gluten. I made my chia pudding using their unsweetened vanilla milk and it turned out creamy and delicious! This will definitely be a new staple in our home!
