Simple, Low Carb Coconut Margaritas


We recently returned from a Caribbean holiday where I couldn’t get enough of the tropical flavors. So, tonight, I whipped these up after a long production day with my team and no one knew it was sugar-free and low carb! ??⁣⁣

Simple Coconut Margarita⁣

  • 2 shots tequila ⁣
  • 2 -3 pumps sugar-free coconut syrup (I used Torani⁣)
  • 1 cup Mango La Croix⁣
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  1. Add ice to shaker to fill halfway. Add tequila, syrup and lime juice and shake well.⁣
  2. Top with La Croix. (I made the mistake of adding the La Croix before shaking in the video – do NOT do that, unless you want a mess)⁣
  3. Pour into glass, garnish with lime slices and enjoy!⁣
