A certified nutritionist and self-taught chef with a love for entertaining and experimenting with food, Lolita Carrico created Ketology after struggling for years with her own hormonal changes and weight gain. After having two children, she found that managing her weight and moods became more and more of a struggle. After researching the ketogenic diet thoroughly and understanding the science and nutritional aspects, she began her keto journey in 2018. Within three months, she shed 25 pounds and her mood improved, focus sharpened and her energy was through the roof. Four years later, she has maintained a 65-pound weight loss and has learned to intuitively follow a balanced keto lifestyle without sacrificing a thing!

At long last, I’m posting my review of FatSnax keto snacks after testing all of them with my family. I have to admit, the Facebook and Instagram algorithm knows me too well. Between keto snacks and skincare gadgets, I click through on almost everything they serve up. So, of course I had heard the buzz about FatSnax and their amazing cookies, and then kept seeing them pop up on my Facebook feed. After trying their chocolate chip cookies from Whole Foods – which are the best store-bought keto chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had – I had to give their other products a try. We bought their bundle that comes with brownies, lemon cookies and crackers.

And let me tell you, at this moment, FatSnax is my favorite keto snack brand. Not only are they all delicious, whereas some “keto” snacks are made with questionable ingredients, FatSnax are made with quality products. Even my teenage sons love them and now prefer them to regular cookies and crackers…they have slowly been transitioning to sugar-free / low carb living, and these low carb snacks take all the guilt out of snacking!

Here are our favorite FatSnax snack:

FatSnax Cookies

All of the FatSnax cookies come in at under 2g of net carbs per serving and are made with a mix of almond and coconut flours, butter, and non-GMO sweeteners like Erythritol and stevia. My favorite is the chocolate chip, however my sons love the peanut butter and lemon.

They also have mini-cookies, which I’ve heard are great eaten keto cereal style with milk, but i just love them on their own as a snack. The snickerdoodle flavor is next up on our list to try and they just released a pumpkin spice version for Fall!

FatSnax Bites

The FatSnax bites come in brownie and blondie varieties and have less than 0.5g net carbs each! YES, less than 1/2 a carb and they are DELICIOUS. We have had to restock these twice because my sons have them for an after school treat almost daily.

FatSnax Crackers

The FatSnax crackers are the first keto crackers I’ve had (that aren’t homemade) that I truly love. All of the flavors – sea salt, everything and cheddar – are amazing and perfect on their own or for dipping. My new favorite keto snack is the everything FatSnax crackers with Costco’s artichoke and jalapeno dip. SO GOOD.

As you would expect for niche snacks that are made with high quality ingredients, FatSnax are on the pricey side however if you sign up for their email list, you’ll get frequent coupon codes and their bundles (featuring a variety of all their snack) can help save a little. Overall, we give FatSnacks 5 stars for excellent quality and taste!
