21 Best Keto Recipes of 2021

As 2021 comes to a close, I thought I’d highlight the best keto recipes of 2021, based on what Ketology readers loved the most. BUT WOW – what a year it has been! While there has been so much going on this year, I had so much fun creating new recipes, hacks and experimenting with all the new low carb and keto products on the market. While I personally shared over 100 recipes this year, after over four years on keto, I have learned so much and am so encouraged by how many of you are embracing low carb cooking!

Though the original recipe for this is a dupe for California Pizza Kitchen's Tequila Lime Chicken, but half the time when I make this at home, I substitute the chicken breast for one pound of medium or large shrimp. Otherwise, keep the other ingredients the same and you'll have what is probably my favorite keto shrimp recipe!
