  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 small serrano or jalapeno pepper adjust based on your heat preference
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

For the Cucumber Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1 small cucumber shredded and excess water removed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Main Ingredient

  • 2 lbs Lamb Kebabs


Prepare the Marinade:

  • Begin by placing all the marinade ingredients (excluding olive oil) into a mini food processor or blender.
  • Pulse until the ingredients are thoroughly combined into a rich spice mixture.
  • Transfer this blend into a zip-lock bag and add the olive oil. Mix to combine.
  • Add the lamb kabobs to the bag, ensuring each piece is well-coated in the marinade.
  • Allow the lamb to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For optimal flavor, marinating overnight is recommended.

Whip Up the Cucumber Yogurt Sauce:

  • After shredding the cucumber, be sure to remove any excess water.
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded cucumber, Greek yogurt, ground cumin, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
