That’s why I’ve been perfecting my high protein, zero carb pizza crust recipe over the last three years, and I’m excited to share the latest iteration with you.

Zero Carb Pizza

Enjoy a guilt-free pizza experience with this high protein, zero carb chicken crust pizza, topped with your favorites for a deliciously healthy twist.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands until uniform.
  • Press onto a parchment lined baking sheet to 1/4" thickness.
  • Parbake for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, blot off any excess moisture and allow to cool for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 425°F.
  • Add your toppings, and place back in the oven for 10 – 12 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
