That’s why I’ve been perfecting my high protein, zero carb pizza crust recipe over the last three years, and I’m excited to share the latest iteration with you.

The chicken-based crust — I know, I know…it sounds crazy – but it is a creative and nutritious alternative to traditional dough, providing a satisfying crunch and a perfect base for your favorite toppings.

Zero Carb Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands until uniform.
- Press onto a parchment lined baking sheet to 1/4" thickness.
- Parbake for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, blot off any excess moisture and allow to cool for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 425°F.
- Add your toppings, and place back in the oven for 10 – 12 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
