  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp honey sugar-free substitute preferred
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

For Jicama Fries:

  • 1 large jicama peeled and cut into fries
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt to taste

Marinate the Chicken:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated garlic, white vinegar, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Add the chicken thighs and ensure they are thoroughly coated with the marinade.
