Keto Soups: Our Favorite Low Carb, Fall & Winter Soup Recipes

I have been on a major soup, chowder and stew kick for the last many weeks – I can eat soup any time of year but of course, when the colder months come around, I start cooking up my favorite keto soups, stews and chowders. While cooking soup on the stove fills the house with warm and cozy aromas, when in a hurry, the Instant Pot is my go-to for making soup recipes. You can make basically any soup in the Instant Pot in a fraction of the time.

The only dedicated Instant Pot keto soup recipe I have on this list of my top five favorite low carb soups is my Instant Pot Clam Chowder, but if you have an Instant Pot, you can cut the cooking time for many of these recipes – especially the chili – in half by cooking it in there vs. over the stove. Whichever is your preference, there are great keto recipes to have in your arsenal.
